ICRAVE is a multidisciplinary design studio bringing together interior design, strategy, branding, and digital innovation. A founding studio of Journey, it has more than two decades of experience and a team of over 60 people, with studios in New York, Miami, and London. Founder and Chief Creative Officer Lionel Ohayon leads a practice that connects physical and virtual experiences. Its work reaches across the globe, with the London office serving Europe and the Middle East.

The studio begins by understanding each client’s business, audience, market position, and long-term goals. From there, its designers, architects, and strategists develop a shared vision for spaces, brand identities, digital solutions, and operational strategies. Its approach considers how people use and experience a place, creating environments intended to bring them together and express a project’s purpose.
