FLM Design Studio LLC

FLM Design Studio LLC is a San Diego-based interior e-design company founded by Frenchesca Johnson and operating since 2023. The studio specializes in residential projects for property investors and developers, with an approach that connects interior design decisions to a property's target market. Its work focuses on attracting potential buyers or renters, distinguishing homes from local competition, and keeping profitability and return on investment in mind. Johnson brings more than 12 years of experience in space planning, facilities management, and move management, along with knowledge of real estate investing.

The studio offers services ranging from a one-hour consultation to one-room and full-house e-design packages. Consultations address specific design issues with ideas and possible solutions. One-room packages include two layout options and furniture-selection mood boards, with styling or a shopping list depending on the package. Full-house packages provide two layout options for each space, paint and color selections, furniture mood boards, and shopping lists. The most comprehensive package also offers a choice of window treatments or lighting design. Its portfolio includes living-room, workspace, and office interiors, with descriptions emphasizing sophisticated, inviting, and modern spaces.
